Exercise! What does that word conjure up for you? Eighties aerobics? Pumping iron at the gym? Perhaps a zumba class! Were you a sporty child or did P.E. lessons fill you with dread? How much exercise are you MEANT to do a week? Do you do it more for your physical or mental health? How much money do you spend each month on the gym...and do you ever go?
